FAQ :

"Do I need a medical referral to consult with a Naturopath?"

No. Simply phone or email the clinic to arrange an appointment.

"What can I expect during my first consultation?"

The initial consultation is scheduled for 40 minutes. The purpose of the first consultation is to gather information so
that we can select the correct treatment plan for you as an individual. Also initial testing will be performed in order
to assess the health of the body.

"How soon can I expect to feel better?"

Most of our clinic's patients improve within the first 1-2 weeks, however more complex or chronic conditions may take
longer. Our aim in these cases is to unravel the layers of disease that have usually built up during a lifetime, rather
like peeling the layers of an onion.

"Can I claim Naturopathic treatment from my private health insurance?"

Yes, Most insurance companies cover Natural Medicine. Our advise is to call you insurance company and make sure
that you are covered for Naturopathic Care. In most cases we can deduct the Private Health Insurance component
from your fee.

Your success depends on your commitment and motivation. Our clients who follow our recommendation invariably
see amazing results. The more closely that you adhere to your treatment plan the better the outcome will be.
You must understand that you are by far the most important part of your health and wellness program
